NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS...

Hey dooders,
Sorry I've been so M.I.A, but like the title says. I've been out steadily grinding out this musical scene in my home town of Los Angeles. Out playing shows trying to be heard, and I guess not seen. But I really haven't met a person yet who does not at least giggle at me when I tell them, "I write songs." So for those of you that believe, as of today, I promise to keep you informed of things to come musically, artistically, financially, and what ever-ly else I want you to know about. Cool? Cool. So to fill you in a little here are some beautifully ripped off posters of shows we did/are doing this summer. It's all i got right now. But the Night Band is in rare form these days so I have to get it while it's good...and I'll have some hot new videos and stuff. I swear. xoxo...

I'm Watching TV Again...

Hey Guys,
It's a new year already and Jens says I don't post up enough. So here you go...Jens.
Well, I've just been busy writing new songs and trying to demo out some new material for the band and all. We've been recording new stuff. I've actually got some footage of us in the studio with our good friend Jake G. It's coming for your viewing enjoyment soon.
Also just, came back from a cross-country solo tour. Video coming soon. So lots has been happening on the CMG front. I just needed time to sit down and share with it you. So, more to come. Sit tight.
In keeping up with the new year and new year's resolutions.I have decided to put television back into my schedule for creativity's sake. Seems to be inspiring me lately. Funny how that's why i took it out of my schedule. Anyhow, here's the best thing I've seen so far. Talk soon.xo

Blood Brothers on the Dance Floor...

Just a little insight in how we put songs together,.. together. This is filmed at a super secret spot where i can feel like i'm not an asshole for being creative. Usually I'll bring songs over to the boys after i'm done pulling my own fingernails out and crying all morning because i cant believe i want to be a still want to be a songwriter after all the nothing it has brought me. Just kidding. Not really.
Anyhow, I wrote this one after a week long horror of really bad dreams i was having. I don't know why, but they were there waking me up just to exhale cuss words at 4 in the morning. SCARY.
In this particular dream someone was trying to convince me that murder was really not that bad, and that maybe i could find some comfort in it. Ummm...the boys helped me work it out so i wouldn't kill anyone. That's better. Thanks guys!
